Before conjugated verbs (lo veo); attached to infinitives, gerunds, and affirmative commands (verlo, viéndolo, velo); either position with verb + infinitive/gerund combos.

Explicación
Default: pronoun before the conjugated verb, after no: no te escucho. Attached and written as one word with infinitives (quiero hacerlo), gerunds (sigo pensándolo) and affirmative commands (dímelo).
With periphrases both options work and mean the same: lo voy a comprar = voy a comprarlo; me estoy duchando = estoy duchándome. Attached forms often need a written accent to keep the stress.
