Negative words: nada, nadie, nunca, ninguno, tampoco, ni

Erklärung

Each negative pairs with an affirmative to replace in negative contexts: ¿quieres algo? — no quiero nada. Ni... ni coordinates negatives: no habla ni inglés ni francés.

Ninguno is nearly always singular (ningún problema, ninguna opción) and shortens to ningún before masculine nouns. Jamás is an emphatic nunca.
