Mi, tu, su, nuestro: short possessives
Mi(s), tu(s), su(s) agree only in number; nuestro and vuestro also in gender: mi casa, mis casas, nuestra oficina.

Mi/tu/su have just singular and plural: su empresa, sus empresas — the form never reveals the owner's gender or number, so su is ambiguous (his/her/your/their); clarify with de él, de ella, de ustedes when needed.
Nuestro/a/os/as and (Spain) vuestro/a/os/as agree fully: nuestros clientes, vuestra ciudad. Remember the body-parts rule: article, not possessive, with reflexives (me lavo las manos).
