Explicación
Patterns: -o → -a (médico/médica), -or → -ora (profesor/profesora), consonant + a (juez/jueza). Invariable forms change only the article: el/la estudiante, el/la artista, el/la gerente.
Some feminines are now standard nearly everywhere (presidenta, jefa); others fluctuate regionally (la juez vs la jueza, la médico vs la médica). When in doubt, the inflected feminine is RAE-endorsed.
