grammar.adverbs.position
Where adverbs go
Close to what they modify: after the verb (habla bien), before adjectives (muy caro). Nothing splits haber + participle: ya he comido, never *he ya comido.
grammarB1v0.1.0
Explicación
Manner and quantity adverbs follow the verb: trabaja mucho, cocina bien. Degree adverbs precede their adjective/adverb: bastante caro, muy lejos. Sentence adverbs float: francamente, no entiendo.
Two hard limits versus English: never between haber and the participle (siempre he vivido aquí), and negation hugs the verb: no siempre = 'not always' vs nunca = 'never'.
